Description:

As you will see, editorial improvements are distributed throughout the entire volume. In Yugoslavia, a second plate flaw was discovered on the King Peter definitive stamps, which consequently also appears on the overprint stamps of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH).  Seven additional new varieties were recorded.  Designer's marks were identified on the Serbian issues for Stamp Day 2024 and 2025. Regarding the Slovenian compulsory surcharge stamps, the situation has been clarified: the last official issue dates from May 2018. All subsequent stamps are merely private donation stamps, which we have therefore removed from the catalog.
 
There have also been some price changes: In both Serbia and Bosnian Serb, slight price increases were recorded for interesting motifs. In Kosovo, the Woodrow Wilson stamp stands out, having tripled in price.  A sixfold increase in value for variant II of the first Slovenian definitive stamps from 1991 was noted. Similarly, individual varieties in Trieste, imperforate varieties in Croatia (NDH), and almost all North Macedonian surcharge stamps can expect to increase in value.
