Regarding issues from Romania, collectors can now find the exact date of withdrawal from circulation for every issue from 1940 to 2001 as well as for the 100 stamps from Moldova that have become invalid. In 2024, Romania issued its 1,000th stamp block, thus being the first European country to reach this milestone. Seven newly discovered Romanian type variations also invite you to explore your own collection.

Another focus was on reviewing and updating the price quotations. Current auction sales show that there is great interest among collectors in the Romanian “Oxheads” and other issues from Old Romania. However, rare postage stamp variations from the communist era are also among the winners. In this edition, the price adjustments of issues from Moldova
are focused on the 1990s.
