This edition contains several changes. The MICHEL Editorial Team focused intensively on the concept of the CEPT catalogue and agreed to filter the catalogue contents due to the increasing scope of the previous editions. Limiting the catalogue to joint issues has made this edition pleasantly compact, offering collectors a clear focus as well as an outstanding overview of their CEPT collections. This edition features the preceding issues, CEPT joint issues as well as the official stamps of the Council of Europe. For convenience, the Europe issues have been sorted by year of issue, thus presenting the issues of the countries that feature a common theme next to each other.  Due to the theme of the catalogue, this arrangement has worked well in the past and will therefore be maintained in future editions. All data sets have been updated; their contents and processing status correspond to the data sets of the respective Germany, Europe and Overseas catalogues.
