Scott Minuteman Album Supplement, 2006 No. 38

One fresh from the publisher, Scott US Minuteman Supplement 2006,  No. 38. This supplement contains 21 pages and includes spaces for stamps issued through the February 2007 Scott Monthly catalogue update.  Page 1 of this supplement replaces Page 1 of the 2005 supplement to correct the placement of Scott 3967, it now appears with the water-activated issues.  Pages are provided to mount the Wonders of America singles, since the entire plane is too large to fit the on album page.  For stamps issued as blocks of four space is provided to mount them as well as areas for you to mount the stamps if you prefer to mount them as strips of four. A Minuteman album binder also is available to hold your pages.
