The cutter is okay - it works fine - but it's not what we expected. We will use it as a back-up.

We ordered this cutter because we have the one shown in the photograph and are very happy with it. We've used it for several years with no problems, but wanted to get a second cutter so that multiple people in the office could cut at the same time.

The cutter we received, while the same brand (LINDER), is a different model. The one we received had larger black plastic side covers and grip; and it has additional measurements and text printed on the blue metal base.

While there's no problem with the additional measurements, it's unfortunate that the vertical centimeter ruler is printed upside-down, which is incontinent. The semi-transparent guard is a little wiggly, and so is the the bar that the blade runs across. This combined with the larger side covers makes holding the mounts tightly in place for a straight cut a little more difficult.

Overall, the product is okay. The blade cuts well, and it serves its purpose. Just be aware that the one you receive might not be the older (better quality) model that is pictured.
